New York City Night Lights is a selection from a collection of images whereby I transform mundane New York City bus shelters into mysterious prisms through which to experience street life. The theme is based on my focus on a single, white safety decal that line the shelters, blurring the cityscape in the distance. This nighttime image allows the city lights to draw the viewer into visual fantasy, and translates wonderfully to apparel, as you’ll see below.
